Due to a secondment, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, fixed term role through to November 2025. In this role you will provide administration support to the Compliance Monitoring Team. Your duties will include raising and receipting purchase orders, booking travel arrangements, taking meeting minutes, issuing monitoring reports and formal enforcement action and data entry and file management in council’s database.
To be successful in this role, you will be approachable & adaptable, demonstrating your capability in providing support to large teams and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will have excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for someone who can bring the following to our diverse talent pool:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Experience working with databases.
- Experience working with electronic document management systems.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft systems e.g. Word, Sharepoint and Outlook.
