The opportunity awaits…
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Administrator to support our People and Culture team. This role is fixed term through to early May 2025. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day admin functions in the team. A core part of the role will be coordinating onboarding for new staff, data entry and general admin support to the different functions in the team including recruitment support. Previous People and Culture admin experience would be an advantage
Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for someone who can bring the following to our diverse talent pool:
• Ideally at least three years’ experience in similar role and carrying out similar activities.
• Preference for a qualification or working towards a qualification in Human Resource Management or similar.
• Knowledge of relevant employment legislation, practices and procedures.
• Experience in use of Microsoft applications especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience and understanding of working for local government would be an advantage.
